AzSCA offers reduced registration rates for students, retired counselors, administrators, presenters, and exhibitor/sponsor staff. To qualify for these rates, an individual must meet the criteria listed below. If you are unsure if you qualify, please email business.manager@azsca.org before registering.

AzSCA MEMBER RATE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the AzSCA Member rate, the individual must meet all of the following criteria:

• The individual must have a current AzSCA School Counselor Membership, valid through at least February 6, 2024 (email membership@azsca.org to verify your membership).
• The individual must complete the registration form prior to the early bird deadline of November 30, 2023.

STUDENT RATE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the Student rate, the individual must meet all of the following criteria:

• The individual must be a full-time graduate student in school counseling
• The individual may not be currently employed as a school counselor
• The individual must have a current AzSCA Student Membership, valid through at least February 6, 2024 (email membership@azsca.org to verify your membership).

RETIRED COUNSELOR RATE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the Retired Counselor rate, the individual must meet all of the following criteria:

• The individual may not be currently employed as a school counselor
• The individual must have a current AzSCA Retired Membership, valid through at least February 6, 2024 (email membership@azsca.org to verify membership).

ADMINISTRATOR RATE ELIGIBILITY

This special rate is for school administrators in a non-counselor role. It is designed to help an administrator deepen their understanding of the school counselor’s role. To be eligible for this rate, the administrator must supervise school counselors and can not be a school counselor. Examples of administrator roles that are eligible for this rate include:

• Principal
• Vice Principal
• Assistant Principal
• Director of Support Services (District Level)

School counselors of any kind are not eligible for this rate. This includes lead counselors, counselor educators, counselors on temporary assignment as an administrator, or counselors who are job-sharing with administrators. 

PRESENTER RATE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Presenter Rate, the individual must:

• Have a breakout session officially selected by the Conference Call for Proposals Committee for inclusion in the conference
• Be specifically named on the original breakout session proposal submitted via the official Call for Proposals. Individuals not included in the proposal will not be eligible for the presenter rate.

Additionally, the Presenter Rate is limited to two (2) individuals per session.

EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATE ELIGIBILITY

Exhibitor Conference Registration Rate permits conference access for additional representatives at a sponsor or exhibitor table. 

• Exhibitor registration is available only to organizations who pay for exhibit space / sponsorship package.
• School counselors, advisors, social workers, etc. are not eligible for the Exhibitor Conference Registration Rate and must register via our Conference Registration Form at the appropriate rate.
• Upon registration of your exhibit table / sponsorship, you will receive a link to register your staff/representatives. 
• Each registration includes breakfast and lunch for one or both days of the conference.
