MATERIALS FOR CONFERENCE APP

Presentations and handouts are made accessible to our attendees via our conference app. If you wish for your materials to be included, please provide them using the Dropbox link below by 11:59pm on February 2, 2024.

Only PDF files are accepted. Please convert all files (even PowerPoints) to PDF before uploading.

Please name your files with your session title ONLY. If you have multiple files, add a number to the file name, for example, "Amazing Session 1", "Amazing Session 2", etc.

ROOM SETUP / EQUIPMENT

Session rooms will be set classroom style.  AzSCA will provide:
  • Screen and LCD projector
  • Wireless internet
  • Clicker
  • Room moderator

TECH CHECKS / PRESENTATION LOADING

We encourage you to check the technology in your breakout room prior to your session to ensure your laptop connects to the projector properly. Below are times when you may enter your breakout room to prep.
